Brett Greenfield 
Mr. Greenfield practices criminal defense and civil litigation matters in both Federal and State courts throughout the United States of America. Mr. Greenfield has been admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Central, Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, the United States District Court for the  District of Colorado, and recently pro hac vice for intensive litigation matters in State of South Dakota, United States District Court for the Western District of South Dakota, District of Alaska, Southern District of New York, District of Nevada, Northern District of Illinois, and Northern District of Texas.
Mr. Greenfield grew up in Los Angeles, California and later played football for Colorado State University. In 2001 Mr. Greenfield entered the law profession with a desire to aggressively fight for the constitutional rights of his clients. Practicing with great passion and courtroom skill, Mr. Greenfield litigates some of the most high profile and complex cases in the country. Mr. Greenfield’s specializes is the cross examination of professional government witnesses and adverse witnesses.
Mr. Greenfield’s professional resume is well documented covering both Federal and State Crimes including but not limited to cases involving Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”),  Federal Narcotics Matters, Federal Drug Trafficking and Conspiracy, Theft Crimes, Tax Evasion, Homicide, Government Contracting Fraud, White Collar Crimes, Weapons Charges, CFTC and SEC Matters, and many more.
Mr. Greenfield has tried cases against United States attorneys, district attorneys, attorneys general, and has confronted in litigation the FBI, DEA, ATF, OCIDEF Task Force cases, government contracting fraud, and many others. Most recently Mr. Greenfield and Mr. Kenner won an improbable acquittal in a case of the State of South Dakota v. Chad Wilson, et al. involving twelve counts of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit first degree murder filed against two members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in the State of South Dakota.
Mr. Greenfield's professional experience has also involved representation of professional athletes in the NFL, CFL, and NBA. Said representation has included criminal defense litigation, civil litigation, contract negotiation, arbitration, players union representation, preparation for the draft, and marketing.
Mr. Greenfield's courtroom and litigation experience includes multiple matters involving complex civil and business litigation in both Federal and State Courts throughout the United States, contractual interpretation, and arbitration involving film distribution and filming rights.
In those cases where it is appropriate Mr. Kenner and Mr. Greenfield combine both years of experience and youthful exuberance in a way that brings the best of all worlds to the client.
